Registration for the 2017 Keystone/TUTeens Summer Camp opens March 1st

The camp runs from Sunday June 18th through Sunday June 25th on the campus of Keystone College in the town of LaPlume, Pa. This is a residential camp with campers housed in the dorms and fed in the college cafeteria. To register campers must be between 14 and 18 years of age. If 18 student must have turned 18 after January 1st 2017. There are no restrictions regarding; race, creed, sex or economic status. (Register Now)

The following items are required for acceptance:

  • Completed Application
  • 2 page essay stating your fishing background if any and why you want to attend the camp
  • Parental Waiver form
  • $350 fee (pay on-line, by check or list if you have sponsorship)
  • List of any medical conditions, allergies or physical requirements

Application can be completed on line (recommended) but the original signed copies of you applications, Essay, and Parental waiver must mailed to our Office L.V. Trout Unlimited, 542 Boulevard Ave., Dickson City, Pa 18519. Checks made out to LAK Youth Education Fund

Sponsorships are often given out by Trout Unlimited Chapters. You may want to check for a chapter in your area; www.patrout.org/Chapters. There are also scholarships offered by private companies and individuals for people who may at this time be financially unable to pay for attendance. Go to the Financial aid section to make application. This would require the last two years tax returns, a copy of your last report card and a letter explaining your situation.
